The Nipmuc Wellness Center at Nipmuc Regional High School in Upton, MA is open. The center is a student run fitness center that is open to the school and community members of Mendon and Upton every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6-8PM. The Wellness Center does not charge a fee, but donations are accepted and appreciated.
The Wellness Center offers a complete range of cardio and weight training equipment. This equipment includes Nautilus machines, cable crossover, Smith machines, free weights, treadmills, stationary bikes and Ellipticals. A Nipmuc Lifetime Recreation student will always be on hand to answer any questions and provide assistance.
